Vashon Forest, Town, and Troll Traditional Walk Event (Not a group walk)

Join with Daffodil Valley Volkssport for this fun Traditional Walk Event to meet "Oscar the Bird King" Troll!
Register from 9:00am-12:00pm, Finish by 3:00pm

Trail: We will walk groomed forest trails and town sidewalks. The 5K route will have a 3K in the Island Center Forest and an additional 2K at Point Robinson Park that has both the Troll and a lighthouse. The 8K route includes forest trails and a walk through the town. For the 10K, you will walk the 8K and drive to Point Robinson Park for the additional 2K. There are lots of options for your walking pleasure.

A Ferry ride is necessary to reach the walk start and you will need to drive between the Island Center Forest and Point Robinson Park. The walk is rated 2B for uneven footing and some hills.

Misc: Everyone must register before the walk. IVV credit is $4.00. Everyone is welcome. A suggested donation of $4 to support volksporting would be appreciated.
