Summer Nights: Sunset Yoga with Silent Disco

Let's walk around the Botanical Gardens (starting at 5:15 pm) and then do some silent disco yoga (schedule below). Please see the special instructions below on what to bring.

Join us to celebrate summer in the Gardens with an all-levels, vinyasa-style practice for a unique experience through breath, movement, and music with a silent disco. Leave this event feeling connected and grounded while getting to soak in the scenery of the surrounding gardens. Come ready to celebrate yourself and summer. See you on your mat soon!
Registration includes admission to the Gardens for the entire day of the program.

What to expect:
6:00 - 6:15 p.m. Check-in and receive headphones
6:15 - 7:15 p.m. Silent Disco Yoga
7:15 - 8:00 p.m. Picnic and socializing

Special Instructions: bring your own mat, blocks or props you wish to use, a water bottle, and a picnic and/or beverage to enjoy after the class. Everything else will be provided for the silent disco portion.

Instructor: Leah Johnson

Leah is an E-RYT 500 YACEP Yoga Teacher, Mindset Emotional Intelligence & Life Coach, and overall lover of life. She has been teaching yoga in Colorado for the last 10 years and believes this practice has a place for everyone. Yoga not only brought her back home to herself but also opened the doorway to connect with people from all walks of life. It is in the moments on the mat when she really loves seeing the practice come to life, hearing people’s stories, and learn about their life experiences. When Leah is not teaching, she enjoys time with her husband, their puppy, family, friends, and traveling.
