Many of the Denver Metro area museums are free from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Please bring yourself dinner and something to drink. We will start by eating and chatting, then we will walk for at least an hour to two. While eating, we can decide to visit other museums or not.

Let's meet at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science and walk around. If there is interest, we can carpool or caravan to other museums from the list. Molly Brown and the Denver Art Museums are two of them.
A full list of participating museums can be found here: https://www.denver.org/denver-arts-week/free-night-at-the-museums/

## SCFD (Scientific and Cultural Facilities District) Free Days and Free Nights

Satisfy your science curiosity during our SCFD Free Days and Free Nights. No tickets are needed for general Museum admission on these days. Walk up anytime during Free Days or Free Nights and gain access to the Wildlife Halls or our permanent exhibitions. A separate ticket is required if you'd like to visit the planetarium or temporary exhibitions.
The Scientific & Cultural Facilities District is a voter-approved special district in the seven-county metro area that provides a stable source of supplemental funding to more than 300 scientific and cultural organizations inside the district's boundaries. The SCFD collects a one-tenth of 1 percent sales-and-use tax (or one penny on every $10 spent), providing approximately $40 million each year to area cultural attractions, both small and large.
