Walking Adventurers

Let’s meet at the pinned location at the north side of the 6802 E Yale Parking Lot close to Yale St. We’ll start walking after some short introductions.

It’s about a 1.7 mile loop, so will walk once another, stop by the parking lot for whomever needs to leave, then go around again with anybody who would like to walk another loop.

Let’s meet at the parking lot at 2700 N Peoria St. After some short introductions, we’ll start walking.

This expansive 85.6-acre park is filled with native trees and plants, along with the brand-new Discovery Playground designed for children of all ages. Take it all in at the newly elevated overlook, an open-air structure that gives the perfect view of the park. Visitors can also access the Sand Creek Greenway trailhead, perfect for hiking, biking, or getting out and enjoying Colorado's views.

Let’s meet at the pinned location on the map in the corner of the Eisenhower Park parking lot by the pool @ 11 am. We will start walking after some brief introductions.

This trail is an up and back, so we will walk for about 30-40 minutes south on the trail, then turn around to walk back, so about 1 hour and 15 minutes in total. Dogs are allowed on leash.
