ππ»ββοΈ π΄ββοΈ πOn Monday mornings, the city rushes.
Here, we do the opposite. We walk slowly together in silence, practicing walking meditation β a simple yet powerful way to release stress and start the week with calm.
πͺ· I first learned this practice on retreat at Plum Village, a meditation centre in the tradition of Zen master ThΓch NhαΊ₯t HαΊ‘nh. I was astonished by how powerful it feels when people simply walk together in mindfulness.
I tried it alone in Amsterdam, and itβs hard because everyone rushes around. But in a group, we create a bubble of mindfulness. It feels surprisingly refreshing to walk slowly on a Monday morning when the whole city is already busy and stressed.
π I offer this free weekly meditation as gratitude for what Iβve learned.
