Rochford to Pagelsham Eastend

Lets go with the flow and do this wonderful 8.5 mile walk in deepest Essex along the idyllic remote River Roach !

A delightful tranquil peaceful almost surreal walk in open countryside that is mostly by the sea wall.

Please arrive by 9am so as to facilitate the purchase of group return train tickets to Rochford for the train at 9.33am that arrives at Rochford at 10.21am.

Please bring packed lunch, water, snacks etc plus waterproof jacket and walking shoes/ trainers/boots.

You should be able to walk 2.5 miles per hour and have adequate and appropriate insurance for this type of activity.

We shall have a drink at the end of the walk and then take the bus back to Rochford at 2.40pm before taking the train back to London.
