Let's go with the flow and spend several days on this most beautiful island in the Canary Islands filled with beautiful beaches and some gentle hills!

We shall be staying in Playa del Ingles at the south of the island near famed Maspalomas so please book a hotel for 4 nights.

You may wish to arrive a few days earlier before the trip or leave a few days after the trip finishes.

4 mile coastal walk from Restaurant Gurapo Tropicsl by Playa de Cochino passing Playa del Inglés to Barranco de Maspalomas featuring Maspalomas Dunes

Travelling to/back by bus

9 to 10 mile coastal walk from Ocean Beach Club Restaurant by Playa de Cura to Playa de Amadores to Puerto Rico where we shall have lunch followed by hilly walk to Playa Patalavaca

Wednesday

Agaete Circular

Agaete is one of the nicest villages in the entire world!

We shall meet in Agaete by Restaurant Las Nasas by Playa de las Nieves

Bring a swimming costume as there are beautiful natural pools.

Thursday

Travelling to/back by bus

8 to 9 mile initially hilly walk from Valentino Restaurant by Playa Patalavaca to Montana de Vento and then along the coast from Playa las Maranuelas back to Playa Patalavaca

Friday

Easyjet flight from Gran Canaria to Gatwick at 12.35pm that arrives at 4.55pm

Meetup fee £40 payable in advance by bank transfer ( season ticket holders : £30 ).
Deadline to settle is end of Sunday 8th November.

You should be able to walk 2.5 miles per hour and have adequate and appropriate insurance for this type of activity.

Walking and hiking in the Great Outdoors presents certain low level risks and by rsvping to this trip you agree to undertake such risks.

You must stay with the group at all times during the walk as it puts too much pressure on the group if people wander off.

If you make arrangements with others for restaurants or taxis you should honour it.
