
What we’re about
Walks Within was created with the purpose of developing a better self relationship and mindfulness, leading to a deeper connection of the self and with others, by re-kindling our connection with the natural world. <br>
So as we set out on our walks, through the forest and the natural surroundings, we pay attention to what our senses notice. <br>
so we don't simply see, we watch <br>
we don't simply hear, we listen. <br>
we don't simply smell, we breathe in.
we don't simply taste, we savour.
we don't simply touch, we feel.

We pay attention to the PRESENT.

This group is for:
anyone who loves taking long walks on nature trails (although on occasions we cover urban streets)
