SAIL (Staying Active & Independent for Life) is an evidence-based strength, balance, and fitness class designed for older adults and anyone who is at high risk for falling. Join in-person or online with the friendly and warm WCSC community for this playful and energizing SEATED fitness class! Tuesdays at 10:30am and Fridays at 2:15pm. ($3 members / $5 non-members)
