I am limiting this to 12 spots and assuming we will have rain. If the weather looks good we will move to the "In The Backyard" format and I will expand the RSVPs to try and get everyone a spot. If you end up on the waitlist, there is still a good chance you will get a spot, but that we won't know until the weather window prediction is reliable.
For new folks, here is the link for the event "How it Works":

Now not to be nasty, but some folks sign up, take an RSVP spot and then do not show up. This is not usually a problem when we are "In The Park" or even "In The Backyard", but "In The Garage" if you are only holding a spot because you might come or worse yet you are blocking a spot until the last minute for some reason and have no intention of showing up, you are being a little unkind to those who would like to participate. If you have been to one of these events, you know this group has a great vibe, is very welcoming and is a great time, so I would like to make sure as many people as possible get a chance to enjoy participating in the afternoon. Just for data, I opened Jam 41 up to 22 people last week and all the spots were taken at 11 am that morning, 15 showed up, and we had a great time by the way. I do take into consideration the traditional "no show" ratio when I open up the RSVPs. I have felt that we were only overcrowded twice out of the 41 past jams.
