Ready to take your salsa dancing to the next level? Join us for a fun and welcoming Salsa Partnerwork class focused on connection, timing, musicality, and confidence on the dance floor.
In this class, you’ll learn foundational partnerwork patterns, turns, and combinations while developing the skills needed to comfortably lead and follow.

We’ll explore the rhythm and musicality of Salsa on 2, giving you a chance to not only learn the steps, but understand how they connect to the music.
Whether you’re new to Salsa on 2 or looking to strengthen your partnerwork skills, this class is a great way to build your technique while having fun and meeting fellow dancers.

No partner required!

We rotate partners throughout class, so you can come on your own and still get plenty of practice.

### Ready to discover the joy of swing dancing? Join us for an introduction to Lindy Hop, one of the most iconic dances to come out of the swing era.

This beginner-friendly class is designed for anyone who is new to Lindy Hop or partner dancing. You’ll learn the fundamentals of the dance, including basic footwork, rhythm, connection, and a few fun moves you can start dancing right away.
No previous dance experience or partner is required — just come ready to move, have fun, and enjoy the music!
Whether you’re completely new to dance or simply looking to try something different, this is a great place to start your Lindy Hop journey.

# Monday Dance Social

Start your week with good music, great people, and a welcoming dance floor.
At Rhythm N’ Flo, we believe dancing is about more than learning steps. It’s about meeting people, building confidence, finding your community, and having a place where you feel comfortable being yourself.
Our Monday Dance Social is a chance to come together, learn something new, and simply enjoy dancing. Whether you’re new to social dancing, getting back into it, or have been dancing for years, you’re welcome here. No partner needed.

The Evening

We’ll start with a 30-40 minute Group Class of the Week, followed by an hour of social dancing.
The dance style changes each week, so every Monday brings something different. Classes are taught at a Beginner/Intermediate level, with 2 teachers available to help you along the way.
7:15–7:30 PM — Check-In
7:30–8:15 PM — Group Class of the Week
8:15–9:00 PM — Social Dancing
### Social Dancing
We’ll take you through a variety of styles throughout the evening, including:
Waltz • Tango • Foxtrot • Viennese Waltz • Quickstep • Cha Cha • Rumba • Swing • Bolero • Mambo • Samba • Nightclub 2-Step • Hustle • West Coast Swing • Jitterbug • Merengue • Salsa • Bachata • Country 2-Step & more.
Each style will play for approximately 90 seconds, giving everyone a chance to enjoy a second round.
