Sunday Morning Hike at Valley Forge – Betzwood Trailhead
Join us for a relaxed 3-mile hike along the River Trail at Valley Forge National Historical Park. We’ll meet at 10 AM at the Betzwood Trailhead and enjoy a beautiful, mostly flat dirt trail — perfect for an easy Sunday morning adventure and great conversation.

• Distance: About 3 miles
• Terrain: Dirt trail, relatively flat
• Meeting spot: Betzwood Trailhead (Valley Forge NHP)
• Footwear: Hiking or athletic shoes recommended
• Weather: Hike will be canceled in case of rain

This entrance is off Route 422 West just before the Schuylkill River crossing. After turning onto Betzwood Park Road, follow it to the large parking lot at the end. There’s a small restroom building and signage for the Schuylkill River Trail and River Trail.
Tip for GPS:
Enter “Betzwood Trailhead” or “Betzwood Picnic Area, King of Prussia, PA” into Google Maps — both will take you to the correct parking area.
