Stacey M. and I stumbled onto El Primo over the summer and we’ve been talking about it ever since! It’s a family-run Mexican spot right here in Norristown, and the food is amazing. Everything tastes homemade because it is, with recipes that have been handed down for generations. I’m still dreaming about the dishes on the menu that I can't wait to try.
The fun part is it’s also a little market, with a bakery and a carniceria under the same roof. Come a few minutes early and wander the bakery case. I won’t judge if you leave with a bag of pan dulce for breakfast :)
Monday nights need something to look forward to, so come hungry and let’s start the week with a table full of good food and good company.
