Norwegian Epic was awarded the Best Cruise Ship Entertainment by Frommer’s. Norwegian Epic offers two new Broadway shows: Ballroom Blitz and Priscilla, Queen of the Desert. Besides world-class performers are a new wave of accommodations as well - from Studios, designed and priced for the solo traveler, to the private Haven. There are more than 20 different dining options and many activities aboard. The ship was inaugurated in 2010 and refurbished in 2015 so is “new”.

There are a variety of staterooms to choose from with discounted prices when booked through the agent that Lynn is using. For solo travelers are specific rooms designed with you in mind so no concerns about whom will be sharing a cabin with you. Studios also have access to a “solo” lounge that others do not have – unless you invite them and are with you.

The plan (optional) is to fly into Barcelona a few days before the cruise to explore a little before embarking. Upon return to port after the cruise, the plan (optional) is to take an inexpensive flight to Lisbon to enjoy a few days in another country “while there”. Then to return to the states from Lisbon.

Flight info, hotel info and cabin rates (discounted) will be available at the Meet up on January 24, 2016. Shore excursions are optional.
