Intro to Rope Flow – Learn, Move, and Play at Mount Royal

Details
Welcome, movement lovers!
Join me for a relaxed outdoor movement session at Mount Royal by Beaver Lake — an open, welcoming space to explore balance, coordination, and flow.
All ages and ability levels are welcome — no experience needed.
I'll be setting up:
- Balance beams
- Slack lines
- Rotational Movement Training (RMT) ropes — a tool I use daily with clients of all ages to build fluid, full-body coordination.
These ropes aren’t for jumping like regular skip ropes — they’re designed for flow-based movement that connects your hands to your core through figure-8 patterns. It's the most powerful tool I know to help unlock rhythm and fluidity.

Worried it’s too complicated? Don’t be.
I teach this to 70- and 80-year-old clients. I’ll be guiding you step-by-step so you can move at your own pace and enjoy the process.
Whether you're curious about unconventional training methods or just want to move and connect with like-minded people, this session is for you.
Come play, explore, and feel your body move in new ways.
