We will spend the first hour at the skate park. I will lead a guided warm-up that supports self regulation as well as being more ready to have a great skateboarding session. After about an hour of skateboarding, we will head to a coffee shop and chat about self regulation, tools, and habits to support recovery from trauma and addiction. Whether you struggle with these issues or not, they are helpful for overall well-being… And they can be a lot of fun!
