Astronomy Night on Belle Isle

## Become an expert astronomer during Astronomy Night at the Belle Isle Nature Center!

Explore the wonders of the night sky on beautiful Belle Isle with fun, family-friendly activities about science, nature and astronomy. Stargaze using a telescope, try hands-on science activities and learn about the importance of dark skies for wildlife.

The Belle Isle Nature Center will host this free event for all ages in partnership with the Wayne State University Planetarium, Michigan Science Center, Michigan State University Science Festival and Michigan Department of Natural Resources’ Outdoor Adventure Center.

In the event of inclement weather, this event will be moved to 7-10 p.m. May 2.
