She Gathers : Warrington Ladies, Women Meetup Group

She Gathers is a welcoming space created for Black African and Black Caribbean women to connect, share experiences, build meaningful relationships and explore the issues that matter most to their lives, health and wellbeing.
Hosted by TIE to Wellness CIC, this special gathering brings together sisterhood, a light brunch and open conversations in a warm, supportive environment.

### This month's conversation: Breast Health & Awareness

As part of our Screen and Thrive project, we'll be exploring breast awareness, recognising changes in our breasts and understanding the importance of breast screening.
Join an interactive breast awareness demonstration and an open Q&A with an NHS breast health specialist, where no question is too small.
It's also a chance to slow down, meet other women, share experiences and enjoy meaningful conversations about life and wellbeing.

• A chance to meet an NHS breast health specialist, ask questions about breast awareness and screening, and get clear, practical advice

### Who can attend?

This is a women-only event, centred on the experiences of Black African and Black Caribbean women in Warrington. Women from all backgrounds are warmly welcome.
You don't need any previous knowledge about breast health, and there's no pressure to share personal experiences.
