The event will start around 14:00, feel free to invite your friends.
We're providing 1 bbq, 1 pack of long lasting coal.
Remeber to take your food, beverages and alcohol 😉

BBQ Warsaw Global – Community Guidelines

1. Always Free & Open to Everyone
   BBQ Warsaw Global is, and will always remain, free and open to all. Bring yourself, bring your friends, and feel free to share the event with others!

2. Be Kind and Considerate
   Treat all participants with kindness, patience, and respect—regardless of their level of experience with events like this.

3. Bring Your Own Food & Drinks
   Please bring your own food and beverages. We also warmly encourage sharing and exploring different cuisines together!

4. Clean Up After Yourself
   Let’s keep the space tidy. Dispose of your trash responsibly—either take it with you or place it in the designated bags near the general-purpose table. If bags are full, ask for replacements.

5. Keep the Tables Organized
   Avoid cluttering the tables. Reusable items have designated spots—please return them after use.

6. Shared Responsibility for Equipment
   The same rule applies to chairs, blankets, and sports equipment—use them respectfully and return them to their proper places.

7. Two-Table System
   There are two tables available: one strictly for food, and one for general use. Please follow this system.

8. Music Policy
   Music is managed by the host. From 4:00 PM onward, expect popular hits to set the vibe.

9. Group Photo
   A group photo will be taken around 6:00 PM. There may be a few shots, but the main one is planned for 6:00 PM—don’t miss it!

10. Have Fun!
    This BBQ exists for you and because of you—enjoy it to the fullest!

11. Donations Are Optional
    Once again: the BBQ is completely free, and donations are not required. However, if you feel compelled to contribute, you can use the link above or reach out to the host directly.

🍷 WARSAW GLOBAL WEEKEND: POZNAŃ & ZIELONA GÓRA WINOBRANIE 🍇

Join us for a weekend combining two very different Polish cities and one of the biggest wine celebrations in the country!

Our main destination will be Zielona Góra's famous Winobranie Wine Festival, where we'll spend Saturday enjoying the festival atmosphere, wine stalls, food, entertainment and the spectacular Winobranie parade.

We'll use Poznań as our base for two nights, giving us time to enjoy the city on Friday evening and again on Sunday before returning to Warsaw.

📅 FRIDAY 11 SEPTEMBER – WARSAW → POZNAŃ
🚆 17:32 – Train from Warsaw to Poznań
🕗 20:14 – Arrival in Poznań

After arrival we'll check into our accommodation and head into the city for a relaxed evening together.

There will be no heavy sightseeing schedule on Friday – just a chance to settle in, get some food and enjoy Poznań at night. 🍻

🍷 SATURDAY 12 SEPTEMBER – ZIELONA GÓRA WINOBRANIE
🚆 08:38 – Train from Poznań to Zielona Góra
🕙 10:13 – Arrival in Zielona Góra

We'll then head into the centre for the main event of the weekend:

🍇 Winobranie Wine Festival
🎉 12:00 – Winobranie Parade
🍷 Wine stalls and local vineyards
🍴 Food and festival market
🎶 Live music and entertainment
🏙️ Time to explore central Zielona Góra and the Winne Wzgórze area

The afternoon will be deliberately flexible so everyone has time to enjoy the festival rather than following a strict sightseeing schedule.

Yes, we are taking the later train. Going to a wine festival and leaving at 17:40 would simply be unacceptable behaviour. 😜🍷

🏙️ SUNDAY 13 SEPTEMBER – POZNAŃ
Sunday morning will give us some additional time to explore Poznań.

Possible activities include:

🦎 Old Zoo – optional morning visit
🥔 Poznań Potato Museum – planned if a suitable group/time slot is available
🏘️ Old Town and city centre
🍴 Free time for lunch, coffee or individual sightseeing

We'll keep Sunday fairly relaxed following Saturday's festival.
