Our first meetup! AI prompt party!

Bring your laptops, any Gen AI chatbot or application (like Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, or Gemini) and lets create some useful conversational tools to help you with your day by day management challenges!

Delegation is the manager's secret superpower, but it is difficult to use correctly. AI can help us here in different ways - and together we'll figure out how.

1. Please pend 10 minutes prior to our meeting to create a list of tasks you have *right now* on your table that you don't have time for.
2. Create a list of names of your team members (real, or agentic), and write a few words about them.

Together, we will figure out a methodology for thinking and then planning with your favorite Gen AI.

If you don't have 10 minutes (we're all busy people), I will post a made-up team, with made-up tasks you can use for practice.
