Wasatch Climbing Partners
A group for outdoor climbers along the Wasatch Front looking to connect with new partners and get out on the rock more often.
We climb single pitch sport and trad at a moderate level — roughly 5.6 to 5.10. All members should be comfortable climbing outdoors independently and must own and be competent with their own gear. This is a peer climbing group; no instruction or guiding is provided.
Whether you're looking for a regular climbing partner or just want to meet other climbers in the area, you're in the right place.
A few things to know before joining:
All members should be self-sufficient outdoors — know your systems before you show up
Outdoor climbing involves serious risk — you are responsible for your own safety
Bring your own gear, know how to use it
Be honest about your experience level when introducing yourself
Respect your fellow climbers and the crag
Salt Lake, Ogden, Provo — if it's on the Wasatch Front, we're climbing it.
