The Liminal Trail: Mindful Hiking for Lifelong Freedom

Details
This is a Meetup for hikers who crave a deeper connection with nature and are hungry for more meaning, not miles. 🧘
You may be struggling with reduced energy, flexibility, balance, or mobility, and feeling frustrated that something you used to love now feels harder than it should or maybe you simply want to prevent issues before they begin.
Led by Lara, an Alexander Technique teacher, transformational coach, and nature lover who reclaimed the joy of hiking after forty years of chronic foot pain.
While we hike we’ll explore how to move with more ease by bringing awareness to the subtle habits that create strain and imbalance.
🌿 What to Expect
• A relaxed, beginner-friendly hike with intentional pauses
• Simple but powerful movement practices based on the Alexander Technique
• Surprising insights into what can make hiking harder than it needs to be
• A chance to notice, reflect, and rebalance with the way you move
• A grounded, trauma-informed space to connect without pressure
Reserve your spot and take your next step toward lifelong freedom.
The Liminal Trail is the path between earth and sky, mind and body, doing and being.
With mindfulness, hiking becomes a spiritual practice that transforms how you move through the wild and the world.
Without mindfulness, it’s easy to spend an entire lifetime racing against time and expectations, pushing harder until effort turns into pain and then injury. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
All you have to do is change your mind. 😊
Whether you’re recovering, evolving, or simply curious, this is your invitation to move with lightness, walk with ease, and rediscover joy on the trail.
This may be the ‘more’ you’ve been looking for.

Please let us know if you're coming so we can look for you.
