Lit From Within - Slow Fall Hike, Photos, and Connections

Would you like photos of yourself with fall colors but you feel kind of awkward whenever someone pulls out their phone to take a picture of you?

Join us for a relaxed hike led by Lara Wilde, a transformational coach and Alexander Technique teacher.

After exploring simple ways to release tension when we’re put on the spot, we’ll slowly walk the trail, capturing casual photos of each other along the way.

This is not a professional photoshoot. It’s a fun, low-pressure way to practice being comfortable in front of the camera, connect with others, and walk away with some great shots in the beauty of the Wasatch mountains.

Together we’ll:
• Take a short, scenic hike surrounded by fall colors
• Share tips for better cell phone photography
• Practice easy technique to feel more at ease while being photographed
• Take turns capturing authentic, casual photos of each other

You’ll leave with a few new friends, some great memories, and photos that reflect your light shining from the inside out.

What to Bring:
• Comfortable shoes for hiking
• Water and any snacks you’d like
• Your phone or any camera (fully charged)
• Clothes you feel good moving and being photographed in (layers work well for variety)
• A willingness to play, support others, and enjoy the day

This gathering is an opportunity to connect while experiencing the principles of deep transformation at no cost.

You’ll go home with photos you can share with family or online, and a also powerful process to allow you to come back to presence any time you want to show up authentically, opening yourself to new levels of peace and possibility.

Once you’ve practiced it for yourself, you can share it with a friend, child, or client to help them feel more comfortable with self-expression, or with anyone who could use a reminder of their inner light.
