11th SHARE group trip!! To New Market VA, in Shenandoah Mountains. 4 days / 3 nights.

- If we don't have enough people by Sept 9, then trip is cancelled and money refunded. That has never happened in our other trips over the years.
- Let’s have some fun and hang out!! This is time to hang out as one whole group, or in smaller groups. Whatever you want….with other SHARE members. Schedule will be stress free.
- Travel is included in the cost, as long as you get to one of the DC metro starting points yourself. We'll likely travel in 3-4 vehicles total, departing from northern VA at my house, and from other places like MD or DC depending on where the people who are coming live. We'll work things out...pick you up on the way....
- SHARE members are welcome to travel from farther away, and make a longer vacation out of it, staying in my basement for a night or two, and/or in DC or elsewhere for extra days. This has happened often!! People have come from Oregon, Illinois, New York, South Carolina etc Yes, those of you SHARE members around the world, I'm talking to you.
- 6 bedroom mountain cabin, sleeps 17, and is on 27 acres of land.
- The cabin has an outdoor fireplace, hot tub, sauna, game room, and gym.
- Short drive to Luray, very near town of New Market.
- Near wineries, breweries, restaurants, hiking in Shenandoah National Park and much more.
- There is an outdoor grill, mountain view, parking, indoor fireplace, washer/dryer, internet and lots more.
- 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, up to 16 people. Towels and bed sheets provided.
- Sitting by the outdoor fireplace at night, chatting and listening to music is our tradition. Or hanging out inside.
- All activities are TBD…but no need to be busy….let’s just hang out and do whatever active or chilling stuff you want. For example one day some people may go to mountains to hike, while others relax inside/outside or in hot tub. We'll eat out a couple times in restaurants in nearby towns like Luray and New Market, but mostly eat meals in the cabin.
Date: Leave my house in Oakton VA at 10 am (roughly) Friday Oct 9th and return Monday afternoon Oct 12th (Indigenous Peoples' Day). Exact times will vary by driver of each vehicle

Lodging: Will be in one LARGE home. I created varying prices, to charge more/less for more/less space, number of people in the room, and bed type. See prices below, and select what you want. Call me if you need any recommendations. 10 percent DISCOUNT if you pay by July 20.
- House has 6 bedrooms, 13 beds, sleeps up to 16 total. One king bed, 4 queen beds, 2 double beds, and 4 twin beds. Three floors
- Four full bathrooms, plus one half bathroom.
- We can have male only or female only roommates if you want, or whatever you request…but let’s not stress...not everyone can exactly what they want. If you have a preferred roommate or roommate situation, please let me know.
TOTAL COST FOR ALL THREE NIGHTS, LISTED BELOW FOR ROOM OPTIONS. Transportation is included. Some food is included , amount varies depending on how many people come. We don't know if the rooms will be full or partly empty---
10 percent DISCOUNT if you pay by July 20...some rooms may in the end be part empty, if less than 16 people come.

-- Basement. (Cheaper since beds are together in basement). Has a queen, double and twin. Queen is 170 each. Double is 170 alone. Twin is 120 alone.
-- Bedroom 3- Two twins bunks. 150 each bottom. 100 each top.
******* IN SUMMARY ******* housing ranges from $33 to $100 per night.
Number of people: Maximum 16. (I'm guessing 10-14) I've paid already, and I break even roughly if 10-12 people come, depending on which beds are selected. If close to 16 come, then their payment will go to food/drinks etc for the group.
Payment: Costs listed above are total cost for 3 nights. Pick your room option, ask me if it's available, and pay. Must pay for all three nights even if you need to only stay two nights. Financial help available...If you can’t afford this, please call me. Spots are not reserved until you pay me! Send in money to reserve a spot.
