Systemic Constellation In-person Workshop

Systemic Constellation Work is a therapeutic approach that explores how unconscious family and social dynamics affect an individual’s life. It is based on the idea that many personal or professional struggles stem from hidden entanglements in those systems. It was developed by Bert Hellinger who was influenced by indigenous and Western psychology practices. The process offers deep insights and resolution without extensive intellectual and verbal analysis.
