Capitol Hill 4th of July Parade!

The Capitol Hill 4th of July Parade is a fun, low-key parade — high school bands, kids' dance clubs, local politicians, that sort of thing. Neighborhood families come out to wave and cheer. All the parade's missing is a group of unicyclists! Let's meet at 9:30 am under the bridge at 8th St SE and Virginia Avenue SE. The parade kicks off at 10 am and ends by 12 noon. The parade route is maybe a half mile, ending at the Eastern Market metro station. All skill levels welcome. I suspect we'll just ride around willy-nilly, wave at people, do the occasion pinwheel, etc. Friends & family welcome. Will be fun!
