The Buddha gave many meditation methods…
but the real path begins when meditation leaves the cushion.
This is not only a sitting retreat.
For 24 hours, we will practice meditation in daily life:
Sitting meditation
Walking meditation
Cooking as meditation
Eating as meditation
You don’t need to go anywhere.
You don’t need a monastery.
Just your home…
your breath…
and your willingness to observe.
