Welcome everyone! My name is Joe Arlt and I am pleased to be your new Organizer! Assistant Organizer Jamie Cook and I are both active, licensed Agents and Investors and have 30+ years and 1500+ real estate deals between us, and we're looking forward to sharing our knowledge and experience at our monthly Meetups.
