Speaker 1: Paul Wright from Red Hat
Paul is a principal technical writer in Red Hat, working on the messaging documentation, with a passion for tech communication. He has over 30 years of experience working on documentation for hardware and software, and even a few years of software development.
Tech Talk: Skupper Networking.
With Skupper you can securely traverse firewalls and enable communication in scenarios that typically require a VPN. Skupper is associated with multicloud communication for Kubernetes, but the latest release allows any Linux machine or VM to become a Skupper site. This talk introduces Skupper basics, how to get started and how Skupper provides observability to your network traffic.

Speaker 2: Leigh Griffin from Red Hat
Leigh is an Engineering Manager for Red Hat and has led Agile teams for over a decade. Working with developers in a coaching and mentoring capacity, Leigh has helped teams figure out their own flavor of Agile, far removed from the textbooks, but far more effective.
Tech Talk: A Developers Role in an Agile team
Agile teams are becoming the norm for how we build and ship great products to customers. Most Agile teams have someone setting the structure and direction, the rest of the team just play along. What role should you play as a Developer in such teams? What influence do you have on how to shape the teams processes to a way that actually works for developers? The answer is, you have a lot of power, you just don't realise it. Leigh will give us a tour of Agile teams and talk towards the role that a Developer can play in them.
