The Pateley Potter
Details
A 7 mile walk, to, round and back from Pateley Bridge: just 50 minutes journey time from central Leeds and Bradford.
Dales, ginnels, ruined churches, old railway trails, sculptures and a 30 minute breather in Pateley Bridge.
There’s a coffee shop, Spar, oldest sweet shop in Britain, chippy, pub and charity shop all on the high street in Pateley bang on the mid point of the walk.
What’s not to love about that?
A gentle rolling walk. Suitable for short wearers too. And the River Nidd is often available after Pateley if you want to skinny dip!
Martin will be bringing some home baked cake for those who attend!
