Leaving your family is not something you just “move on” from overnight.

Even when you’ve been thinking about doing it for years, and you know in your heart it was the right decision, it can bring up a lot that’s hard to navigate alone.

Guilt that comes in waves.

Doubt about whether you made the right choice.

Loneliness that most people around you don’t really understand.

And sometimes, confusion about how to even move forward from here.

This is a guided group for people who have cut ties with family or created distance that changed everything.

It’s a space where you don’t just share what you’re going through, but actually get support in working through it.

Each session is a mix of open conversation and guided support around what people are currently navigating, so you’re not left stuck in your head trying to figure everything out alone.

We talk through things like:

  • Guilt and second-guessing your decision
  • Emotional attachment and letting go
  • Boundaries and staying firm in your choice
  • Loneliness and rebuilding connection
  • Navigating family contact or no contact dynamics
  • Finding stability while building a life on your own terms

This is for the in-between stage—where you’ve left, but you’re still processing it and might be feeling a bit lost on how to move forward.
