What we’re about
As Jane said, "Nothing ever fatigues me, but doing what I do not like", so if you are a fan of Jane Austen; her books, Austen literary spin-offs, the films, the Regency Era and all things Jane, this is the group for you to do what you like. Women and Men are most ardently welcome. We will try to connect to all things Jane that happen in our community, as well as, create some new events of our own. Since, "One half of the world cannot understand the pleasures of the other. - Jane Austen", then why not indulge in your particular fancy and join us in celebrating Austen in Austin. We keep Austin Weird, why not keep it Austen as well?

Feel free to bring a beverage, appetizer, or dessert, if you'd like. (If not, just bring yourself. I'll have some things here already.)
We'll gather around 7 and watch the movie starting at about 7:30.
If you haven't attended an Austen in Austin event before, please DM me first, since this event is at a private residence.
