About us
Formerly known as London Tech Ladies, Rise is a vibrant community originally created for women working in the technology space who are passionate about building meaningful connections and empowering themselves and one another.
After reaching a milestone of 5,000 members, we rebranded as Rise to reflect our growing mission: to support and inspire women in tech, whether actively working in the field or simply interested in it, to advance their careers and promote greater gender diversity in leadership roles.
Our focus is on soft skill development, offering regular events and workshops that explore key themes such as personal growth, public speaking, work/life balance, gaining authority, and more.
In 2025, we proudly launched our Mentorship & Leadership Programme, designed to foster the personal and professional development of women leaders and cultivate advocates for change. The ultimate goal is to increase the representation of women in policy-making and decision-making roles across industries.
