Sunday Bike Ride Sacramento Rail/River Trail from Rock Creek Trailhead

Meet at Rock Creek trailhead off Iron Mountain Rd. at 10am. We will start our ride going over "Heart Rate", continuing south down the Rail trail to the Middle Creek trail. After riding up and back on the Middle Creek Trail we will continue to the Sundial Bridge stopping for coffee at the branch House. After our coffee break, it's around the arboretum loop then back on the north side of the River Trail to the Keswick trailhead and finally over "Heart Rate" to our cars. This is about a 20 mile ride.

Please bring helmet, water, snacks and money for coffee. Rain cancels.
