What we’re about
'We Tried This And...' is a new approach to continuously improving how teams and organisations work, based on the fundamental principles of science and empiricism. Have a hypothesis, design an experiment, run it then measure the results. As a community we apply this test and learn approach together, designing our organisational experiments in groups, running them in our organisations, then coming back together to share our learnings.
Through this work, we want to build a global community of people continuously testing and learning what works and doesn't work in their organisations, who then share their knowledge for the benefit of others.
No matter what framework you follow, or even if you don't follow one at all, 'We Tried This And...' is intended to provide the missing piece to any approach to continuously improving how people work together and deliver results every day.
