Justin is a passionate fintech professional with more than 22 years of experience developing, launching, and commercializing new and emerging financial products in US and Asia. Prior to leading fintech startups Railsr and Solaris’ expansion into Asia, he worked at leading financial institutions Visa and Citi. Justin was one of the early champions of the push payment model through card networks and adapted this into QR code payments technology as well as using payment cards for crypto asset off-ramp. He launched the first network QR code payment solution in India, Indonesia, and Thailand. He is now leveraging his experience, network and expertise to support founders and their teams to execute product development, go to market, and fund-raising initiatives.

Raghav Kapoor - Chief Karminator at Smartkarma
Raghav Kapoor is Co-Founder and CEO of Smartkarma, a global investment intelligence platform that enables strategic decision-making through real-time insights, advanced analytics, and direct access to top-ranked analysts.

He founded Smartkarma on a clear thesis: technology can address structural inefficiencies in financial research and reshape how investment decisions are made, with a focus on transparency, scalability, and intelligence.

Prior to Smartkarma, Raghav was Managing Director at Religare Capital Markets, following the successful exit of Aviate Global (Asia), where he was a Founding Partner. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President, Regional Equities Sales at Citigroup.
Raghav was ranked Asia’s #1 investment idea generator from 2011 to 2013, based on a performance analysis of over one million investment ideas.

He holds a First Class Honours degree in Computer Science from University of Cambridge and a Master’s in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University.

David Ng - Co-Founder and CEO, Arki Finance
David Ng is the CEO and Co-Founder of Arki Finance, a Singapore-based fintech startup using AI to democratise wealth management. He previously served as Deputy CEO of CSOP Asset Management in Singapore, where he led the firm to become a top three ETF issuer in Singapore, and as Group COO oversaw AUM growth from USD 3.7 billion to over USD 15 billion. David has held senior roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also previously served as an IMAS Executive Committee Member, a Singapore Fund Industry Group Executive Committee Member, and Chair of the IMAS Digital & Innovation Committee.

Fanny Yan joined Nissin Foods as Senior Manager of Investor Relations in 2022, responsible for formulating investor relations strategies, communicating with the investment community and managing the daily IR operations of the Company.
