About us
A community for integration, transformation, and meaningful connection.
Life is full of experiences that change us. Sometimes they come through intentional inner work, psychedelic or sacred plant medicine experiences, meditation, breathwork, or other expanded states of consciousness. Other times, they come through relationships, loss, transitions, challenges, creativity, nature, or simply the unfolding of life itself.
Whatever the doorway, the deeper work often weaves itself before, after, and in between the bigger events themselves.
How do we make meaning of what we've experienced? How do we integrate new awareness into the way we live, relate, and move through the world?
Weaving Insight with Community is a collective of people, practitioners, facilitators, and seekers coming together to explore those questions.
The Collective provides a shared community container for a variety of offerings, perspectives, practices, and leaders supporting integration, personal transformation, embodied awareness, and conscious living.
Rather than centering on one modality or approach, we believe there are many pathways into meaningful change.
### What you may find here
Offerings within the Collective may include:
- Psychedelic and sacred/visionary plant medicine integration
- Integration circles and community gatherings
- Somatic and embodied practices
- Meditation and mindfulness
- Breathwork and nervous system practices
- Nature-based and experiential practices
- Creative and expressive exploration
- Educational conversations and workshops
- Relational and community-centered practices
- Other modalities and offerings led by members of the Collective
Some offerings may focus specifically on psychedelic experiences or expanded states of consciousness. Others may have no connection to psychedelics at all.
### One collective. Many pathways.
The Collective is the community container. Within it, individual leaders may offer their own circles, workshops, practices, and gatherings.
Weaving Insight is one such offering—a recurring integration circle creating space to explore and integrate psychedelic experiences, sacred or visionary plant medicine work, and other non-ordinary states of consciousness through reflection, embodied practice, and community.
Other leaders will bring their own offerings, perspectives, and areas of expertise, creating a diverse ecosystem for people to discover what resonates with them.
What connects these offerings is not a particular modality, belief system, or type of experience, but a shared commitment to bringing insight into relationship with lived experience.
### Our values
We value:
- Curiosity over certainty
- Integration over simply collecting experiences
- Embodied practice alongside reflection
- Respect for diverse perspectives and pathways
- Personal responsibility and informed choice
- Compassionate listening and meaningful connection
- Grounded exploration of transformational experiences
- Community without requiring sameness
You don't need to identify as spiritual, psychedelic-curious, or experienced in any particular practice to belong here. You simply need an openness to exploring what it means to live with greater awareness, intention, connection, and authenticity.
This is a community for people who are curious about the ongoing process of becoming—and who recognize that transformation doesn't happen in isolation.
Come as you are. Bring your questions, your experiences, your curiosity, and your willingness to connect.
There are many ways into this work. We're here to explore them together.
Weaving insight with community.
### The intention behind the Collective
At the heart of this work is a belief in our capacity to participate meaningfully in our own wellbeing and transformation.
We draw from a participatory approach to wellbeing—one that recognizes that our health and wholeness are shaped not only by what happens to us, but by how we engage with our bodies, minds, relationships, environments, communities, and the experiences that shape us.
We also honor the innate wisdom within each person: the capacity to listen inwardly, notice what is asking for attention, and develop a deeper relationship with what supports healing, growth, and integration.
This doesn't mean we have to do the work alone. Quite the opposite. Community, skilled facilitation, professional support, diverse perspectives, and embodied practices can all help us access and strengthen our own capacity for knowing.
### Who is behind the Collective?
Weaving Insight with Community was founded and is stewarded by Becca Marshall, MS, LMHC, through ActivXchange, an integrative practice centered on aligned living, conscious growth, and holistic approaches to wellbeing.
Becca brings more than two decades of experience in psychology and integrative practice, with a particular interest in supporting people through life transitions, transformational experiences, expanded states of consciousness, and the ongoing process of bringing insight into everyday life.
The Collective is intentionally designed to extend beyond any one practitioner, practice, or modality. As it grows, we welcome other experienced leaders and facilitators whose work aligns with the values of the community and who bring their own perspectives, practices, and offerings to the collective space.

Weaving Insight: A Psychedelic Integration Circle
The Well, 3 Louisiana Avenue, Asheville, NC, USA welcoming space for embodied integration, meaningful connection, and lasting change.
Weaving Insight is a recurring community circle specifically focused on the integration of psychedelic experiences, sacred and visionary plant medicines, and other non-ordinary states of consciousness.
This circle is one offering within Weaving Insight with Community, a broader community collective exploring many pathways to integration, transformation, and conscious living.
While this gathering has a specific focus on psychedelic integration, all are welcome. You don't need to have had a psychedelic experience, have extensive experience with psychedelics, or identify with any particular belief system to participate. You may be curious about the integration process, supporting someone who has had an experience, reflecting on an experience from years ago, or simply interested in learning more.
Profound experiences can open the door to insight. Sometimes they come through psychedelics, sacred or visionary plant medicines, meditation, breathwork, or other expanded states of consciousness. Other times, they arise through time in nature, relationships, loss, life transitions, creative experiences, or moments that shift the way we see ourselves and the world.
Whatever the doorway, the deeper work often weaves itself before, after, and in between the bigger events themselves.
Integration is an ongoing practice of listening, making meaning, noticing what is changing, and finding ways to bring insight into how we live, relate, and move through the world.
### What to expect
Each gathering may include:
- Grounding and mindfulness practices
- Somatic and embodied awareness
- Guided reflection
- Exploration of experiences and emerging insights
- Small- and large-group conversation
- Community connection and mutual learning
- Practical tools for bringing insights into everyday life
No two experiences—and no two integration processes—are the same. You may be integrating a recent psychedelic experience, reflecting on an experience from years ago, exploring recurring themes in your life, or simply wanting to better understand the integration process itself.
### An approach rooted in participation
The circle is informed by a participatory approach to wellbeing—the belief that we are active participants in our own ongoing processes of healing, growth, and transformation.
We honor the innate wisdom and capacity within each person: the ability to listen inwardly, notice what is asking for attention, and develop a deeper relationship with what supports healing, growth, and integration.
Community, skilled facilitation, diverse perspectives, embodied practices, and professional support can all help us access and strengthen that capacity. The intention is not to tell you what your experience means or what you should become. Rather, we create a grounded and compassionate space in which you can listen more deeply and discover what your own experience may be asking of you.
### Our shared values
We emphasize:
- Curiosity over certainty
- Integration over simply collecting experiences
- Embodied practice alongside reflection and conversation
- Respect for diverse perspectives and experiences
- Personal responsibility and informed decision-making
- Compassionate listening and confidentiality
- Grounded exploration of transformational experiences
- Community without requiring sameness

Becca's role is not to provide all the answers, but to help create a grounded, compassionate container in which insight can be explored, embodied, and woven into life.Learn more about Becca and her broader work through ActivXchange.
