Weaving Insight: A Psychedelic Integration Circle
Details
A welcoming space for embodied integration, meaningful connection, and lasting change.
Weaving Insight is a recurring community circle specifically focused on the integration of psychedelic experiences, sacred and visionary plant medicines, and other non-ordinary states of consciousness.
This circle is one offering within Weaving Insight with Community, a broader community collective exploring many pathways to integration, transformation, and conscious living.
While this gathering has a specific focus on psychedelic integration, all are welcome. You don't need to have had a psychedelic experience, have extensive experience with psychedelics, or identify with any particular belief system to participate. You may be curious about the integration process, supporting someone who has had an experience, reflecting on an experience from years ago, or simply interested in learning more.
Profound experiences can open the door to insight. Sometimes they come through psychedelics, sacred or visionary plant medicines, meditation, breathwork, or other expanded states of consciousness. Other times, they arise through time in nature, relationships, loss, life transitions, creative experiences, or moments that shift the way we see ourselves and the world.
Whatever the doorway, the deeper work often weaves itself before, after, and in between the bigger events themselves.
Integration is an ongoing practice of listening, making meaning, noticing what is changing, and finding ways to bring insight into how we live, relate, and move through the world.
### What to expect
Each gathering may include:
- Grounding and mindfulness practices
- Somatic and embodied awareness
- Guided reflection
- Exploration of experiences and emerging insights
- Small- and large-group conversation
- Community connection and mutual learning
- Practical tools for bringing insights into everyday life
No two experiences—and no two integration processes—are the same. You may be integrating a recent psychedelic experience, reflecting on an experience from years ago, exploring recurring themes in your life, or simply wanting to better understand the integration process itself.
### An approach rooted in participation
The circle is informed by a participatory approach to wellbeing—the belief that we are active participants in our own ongoing processes of healing, growth, and transformation.
We honor the innate wisdom and capacity within each person: the ability to listen inwardly, notice what is asking for attention, and develop a deeper relationship with what supports healing, growth, and integration.
Community, skilled facilitation, diverse perspectives, embodied practices, and professional support can all help us access and strengthen that capacity.
The intention is not to tell you what your experience means or what you should become. Rather, we create a grounded and compassionate space in which you can listen more deeply and discover what your own experience may be asking of you.
### Our shared values
We emphasize:
- Curiosity over certainty
- Integration over simply collecting experiences
- Embodied practice alongside reflection and conversation
- Respect for diverse perspectives and experiences
- Personal responsibility and informed decision-making
- Compassionate listening and confidentiality
- Grounded exploration of transformational experiences
- Community without requiring sameness
### About the Facilitator
Weaving Insight is facilitated by Becca Marshall, MS, LMHC, founder of ActivXchange, an integrative practice centered on aligned living, conscious growth, and holistic approaches to wellbeing.
Becca brings more than two decades of experience in psychology and integrative practice, along with training in psychedelic integration, trauma-informed approaches, somatic practices, mindfulness, and complementary mind-body modalities.
Her work is grounded in the understanding that meaningful transformation is not simply about having a profound experience—it is about developing the capacity to listen, make meaning, and bring what we discover into everyday life.
Becca's role is not to provide all the answers, but to help create a grounded, compassionate container in which insight can be explored, embodied, and woven into life.

### A note about scope and safety
This is not a psychedelic use event. No substances are used, provided, or encouraged, and this is not a space for sourcing or obtaining substances.
The circle is intended for education, reflection, community connection, and integration. It is not psychotherapy, medical care, or crisis support, and participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
Please use your own judgment about whether this type of group is appropriate for you and seek individualized professional care when needed.
Come as you are.
Come to share, listen, reflect, practice, or simply be in community.
Together, we explore what it means to weave meaningful experiences into a more grounded, connected, and aligned way of living.
