The Dance Between: A Fall Equinox Journey Dance
As we move into fall, this guided movement experience invites us to explore the dance between light and shadow, autonomy and belonging, holding on and letting go.
Facilitated by Liza Elena Pitsirilos, Journey Dance offers a welcoming space for embodied expression, reflection, and connection. No dance experience is necessary, only a willingness to listen to your body and move in the ways that feel true for you.
Move - Release - Connect - Remember
As summer gives way to autumn, we arrive at a threshold....a season of harvest, release, and return to balance.
- What has ripened within you?
- What are you ready to gather, celebrate, or let go?
- And how might you remain true to yourself while staying open to relationship, connection, and belonging?
Join us for a special Autumn Equinox Journey Dance: a guided transformational movement experience blending freestyle dance, breath, ritual, and music. Together, we will explore the living balance between light and darkness, holding on and letting go, instinct and consideration, autonomy and belonging.
This is not about achieving perfect balance. It is an invitation to listen to the wisdom of your body, to what this season is asking of you, and to the rhythm that emerges when you make space for both yourself and one another.
Come as you are...joyful, grieving, tender, uncertain, alive. No dance experience is needed. All bodies and experience levels are welcome. A light refreshment will be served after the dance.
