Coding Club: Meet and Work together. Monthly Co-learning Activities

What we'll do:
• 10 Minutes for Everyone to introduce themselves to the group. We want to know who you are, what you do, language or technology focus, and what you're looking to get out of this group in the future!

• Lev Tsenovoy and Michael Coney will introduce you to the Processing.org, a flexible software sketchbook and a language for learning how to code within the context of the visual arts. Since 2001, #Processing has promoted software literacy within the visual arts and visual literacy within technology. There are tens of thousands of students, artists, designers, researchers, and hobbyists who use Processing for learning and prototyping.

• Michael MacIsaac will bring a boombox with a #Raspberry Pi in it and talk about what he has built. # RaspPi #IoT

• What to bring
Laptops to work. Questions to ask. Projects to collaborate. Skills and ideas to share. Business cards to exchange.

• Important to know: #Coding Club is a volunteer-based activity. We are looking forward to meet local techies and web pros as well as total novice who is interested to start this Coding/WebDev journey. We will work together as community to help each other to learn and grow.
