Inner Wisdom- Community Sound Journey Circle-In Tucson

Let the rhythms of drum, rattle and singing bowl guide you. Divination and sound meditation assists your intention for what you need most now.

The combination of consistent rhythms, a focused intention and a sense of expectancy has always aided humans in connecting with our inner worlds and the natural world around us. Every human has such abilities, and with encouragement, and a bit of instruction, it is amazing what can come forth for the journeyer! Meditation and journeying in a group can add to the experience.

The flow of this circle consists of opening the circle with a blessing, and a centering divination, then a sequence rattle, singing bowl and drumming assists your inner journey to listen for messages and insights from/with your Allies and Ancestors who want to help you calm, center, and tune in to your inner wisdom. Sharing is optional after the sound. All are welcome, even those with no journeying or meditation experience.

All of us have experience with dreams, altered states and meditation. The drum journey has its unique way of accessing helpful information, so come play in a safe circle, with no dogma, yet many fascinating tales!

This circle is offered for sliding scale $8-$25 (low end of scale is for those with lowest income). No one is turned away due to lack of funds.
