The flow of this circle consists of opening the circle with Quynn and an introduction, than a centering divination, a clearing with rattle and crystal singing bowl, and a dozen minutes of drumming that can help you calm, center, and tune in to your inner wisdom. Sharing is optional at the end. This is a perfect circle for those new to animism, journeying, and those who are new to Web of Life and Quynn's circles/trainings.
