Focusing Anxiety Spirits for the Greater Good-Online Circle with Quynn

During this high emotion political season, let's take an hour to focus any spirits of anxiety that may be lingering about us as individuals and communities. This circle is offered from an Animist perspective, that all are a part of the Sacred Web of Life, and everything has a life force, including emotions such as Anxiety. This means that we can be in communication with these energies, and even focus and/or direct them to work for the benefit of the most.

The flow of this circle consists of simple divination to assist your focus of intention, a soundscape of rattle, singing bowl and heartbeat to clear confusion, reconnect with your Guardian Spirit to counter Anxiety, and a gentle drum journey to listen to your Inner World Allies and Ancestors who want to help you calm, center, and focus the power you have in a helpful way. Sharing is optional at the end. All are welcome, even those with no journeying or meditation experience.

After the private opening of the circle, the intro and sound introspection are audio recorded for those who donate and would like the recording (no personal shares are recorded). This circle is included in the Wisdom Within monthly pass (live and recording).
