Sensitive People often and regularly pick up and perceive energies that are not helpful. Clear away what is not helpful and more strongly protect what is important. Your boundaries and filters regularly need to be tended and tuned.

In this 1 hour circle, Quynn offers simple divination to help each person focus on their needs and intentions, then there is a 10-15 minute rhythm soundscape (drum/rattle, singing bowl and/or nature sounds) with prompts for identifying needs around inner filters & boundaries in one’s life. What do they need?

This is a time to look within for the assistance of inner allies, ancestors or helpful energies which can help you reclaim and strengthen your personal power.

Optional sharing is available after the sound. Those with all levels of drum journeying and meditative experience are welcome.

After the private opening of the circle, the intro and sound introspection are audio recorded for those who donate and would like the recording (no personal shares are recorded). This circle is included in the Wisdom Within monthly pass (live and recording).
