You are invited to this circle to nurture your Wellbeing (and your Spirits of your personal Wellness) through simple divination, a bit of relaxation through a short guided meditation and a 15 minute soundscape of rhythms. Optional sharing is available after the sounds, and we close with a blessing of protection. No meditation experience required.
