Cannabis is a powerful spiritual teacher that has been with humanity for thousands of years. This circle offers a sound journey of drum, rattle, singing bowl and nature rhythms so you can connect with, meet and learn from your Spirit of Cannabis (whether you commune with Cannabis -CBD and/or THC or not).

We begin by calling upon the Spirit of Cannabis to be with us as we approach a safe space in our Imagination/Spirit World. Your focus can be about anything that is real and needed for you at this time. If you choose to commune with CBD or THC, you can.*

Quynn shares her/their rhythmic soundtrack (approx 20-25 minutes) to allow your dreaming/imaginative mind to come forth. The drumbeats also become your allies. Quynn offers a bit of guidance for anyone who has not yet "journeyed"/meditated or tuned in to a drum or rhythmic sound. You are guided back to your body by Quynn's voice.

After the drum stops, there is a few minutes for journaling, and optional sharing. We close with grounding and gratitude.

*There is no assumption or necessity for participants to consume THC or CBD during this time together. The Spirit of Cannabis can be called upon at any time, in any state of mind.

This circle is offered by requested sliding scale $5-$20 depending on income. Donations are welcome for Web of Life. No one is turned away for $ reasons.
