MAHAYLA’S CIRCLE

TONING – an ancient healing practice using the human voice.
When we TONE, we attract energy from the Universal pattern. We cleanse our own energy fields and invite the subconscious mind to cooperate in bringing wholeness of body, mind and soul.
We stand (or sit) in a circle, four to ten in number and begin by matching a pitch and sounding the Oo vowel. Allowing sound in our mindful group stimulates a deep, full-body reaction, a thrumming of our cells, rejuvenation.
