In each circle, I will bring seed ideas and beliefs to explore our thinking, feelings and experiences with life and death and co-create each session together.
How can we look at the possibility of how we live our life and integrate our own death?

In addition to our conversation, we may clear our energy body, do a guided meditation, drumming or rattling to release what needs to be released, prayers for those who are crossing over and those with grief and loss.
I am taking this circle on line to a weekly format on Wednesdays. First and third of the month at 6pm. The other Wednesdays at 4pm.
