There are many valid reasons for anger in this moment. No one does not experience anger and each person expresses, restrains and denies Anger differently. How do we create ways and spaces to approach, hold space and find actions for the emotion we call "anger".

What if "Anger" is a spirit/energy that has a life of its own? If Anger is a living being/energy, what does it need? How can helpful action come from a balanced relationship with anger?

In this circle you can explore your past and current relationships with any of the Spirits of Anger that are affecting your right now through divination, meditation/inner journeying, listening to rhythmic sound, and optional sharing.
