About us

Our Wellness Club seeks to support individuals in mental health and substance use recovery by reducing social isolation. Each meeting features light activities, icebreakers, and discussions on practical wellness tools. Recovery is possible! Nothing about us without us!

The Wellness Club is part of Marin Community Recovery Oriented Spaces (MCROS), a non-profit dedicated to uniting peer specialists and professionals. We meet every Wednesday at 5:00 PM (locations vary weekly).

We Love Art!

We recognize every individual as an artist and cultivate expression across all creative mediums. By providing an open, unrestricted space for creative exploration, we ensure each person is seen, heard, and celebrated through their unique artistic lens. Our goal is to break down socioeconomic and equity barriers, unlocking potential and creating opportunities for visibility, exposure, and community connection that might otherwise remain out of reach.

MCROS Mission
To walk alongside individuals on their personal path to recovery by delivering compassionate, person-centered support and holistic art activities that honor human dignity above all else. We provide unconditional, inclusive care—meeting every person exactly where they are, respecting their self-determination, and breaking down barriers across race, ethnicity, disability, and readiness to change.

MCROS Vision
A world where every individual, regardless of their circumstances, background, ability, or stage in their personal journey, is recognized for their inherent worth and empowered to pursue a self-directed path to healing, stability, and thriving.
